 -  The Secretary of State may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a registration or may discipline a person registered by the Secretary of State for conduct that would have justified denial of registration under Code Section 43-4A-6. 
-  The Secretary of State may discipline, suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a certificate of registration only after proper notice and an opportunity for a hearing. 
-  The provisions of Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act," shall be applicable to the Secretary of State and the provisions of this chapter.
