- Penalty; Violation of Chapter as Constituting an Unfair or Deceptive Act
            
 -  Any person, firm, or corporation who violates this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. 
-  In addition to the criminal penalty provided in subsection (a) of this Code section, any violation of this chapter shall constitute an unfair or deceptive act under Part 2 of Article 15 of Chapter 1 of Title 10, the "Fair Business Practices Act of 1975."
