There is created a State Board of Examiners of Psychologists, to consist of six members who shall be appointed by the Governor under conditions set forth in this article. No member of the board shall be liable to civil action for any act performed in good faith in the performance of that member's duties as prescribed by law.

General Assembly conferred some discretion upon the board in the examination of applicants; the board may examine applicants according to methods deemed most practical and expeditious by the board, and the board is unrestricted in the subject field in which the applicant may be tested on qualifications for licensure as an applied psychologist. 1980 Op.
