Orthotics and Prosthetics Practice
- Supervision of Assistants and Technicians
- No person shall work as an assistant to an orthotist, prosthetist, or prosthetist orthotist and provide patient care services or fabrication of orthoses or prostheses unless he or she is doing the work under the supervision of a licensed orthotist, prosthetist, or prosthetist orthotist.
- No person shall work as a technician unless the work is performed under the supervision of a person licensed under this article.
