Enforcement by Prosecuting Attorney; Issuance of Injunctions

  1. The appropriate prosecuting attorney may cause appropriate proceedings to be commenced in order to enforce the provisions of this article.
  2. The board, in addition to the remedies set forth in this chapter, may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin violations of this article. Such injunction may be issued by such court notwithstanding the existence of an adequate remedy at law.
