- Enforcement by Prosecuting Attorney; Issuance of Injunctions
- The appropriate prosecuting attorney may cause appropriate proceedings to be commenced in order to enforce the provisions of this article.
- The board, in addition to the remedies set forth in this chapter, may bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to enjoin violations of this article. Such injunction may be issued by such court notwithstanding the existence of an adequate remedy at law.
