- Obligation of Service Provider to Provide Notice of Pending Disciplinary, Administrative, Civil, or Criminal Action
- Any immigration assistance provider shall report in writing immediately to the Secretary of State if:
- He or she has been made or is the subject of any disciplinary, administrative, civil, or criminal action; and
- He or she has been served in any civil complaint or arbitration filed alleging fraud or any violation of any local, state, or federal law.
- The immigration assistance provider shall provide to the Secretary of State a copy of any notice, order, pleading, indictment, accusation, or similar legal document relating to an action subject to subsection (a) of this Code section that he or she has in his or her possession.
