- Revocation Hearing; Service on Licensee or Applicant; Revocation or Restriction of License or Registration
- Upon the presentation before the board of any of the grounds enumerated in Code Section 43-18-46 or elsewhere in this article for revoking a license or registration, it shall be the duty of the board to cause written notice of the time and place of hearing upon the charge preferred, together with a copy of the charge, to be served upon the licensee or applicant for license, as the case may be, 20 days before the hearing.
- The board shall conduct such hearing in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act."
- The board may, upon satisfactory proof that a licensee or registrant has been guilty of any of the offenses enumerated in Code Section 43-18-46 or elsewhere in this article revoke a license or registration or may limit or restrict a license or registration upon a majority vote of the board after a hearing thereon.
