- Procedure for Filing Charges Against Holder of Certificate, Certificate of Registration, or License
            
 -  Any person may prefer charges of fraud, deceit, gross negligence, incompetency, or unprofessional conduct against any individual holding a certificate, certificate of registration, or license. Such charges shall be in writing, shall be sworn to by the person making them, and shall be filed with the board. 
-  All such charges, unless dismissed by the board as unfounded or trivial, shall be acted upon by the board.

  The 2018 amendment,  effective July 1, 2018, substituted "individual holding a certificate, certificate of registration, or license" for "person holding a certificate or certificate of registration" in the first sentence of subsection (a).
