Such charges shall be in writing, shall be sworn to by the person making them, and shall be filed with the board.
- All such charges, unless dismissed by the board as unfounded or trivial, shall be acted upon by the board.
(Ga. L. 1937, p. 294, § 22; Ga. L. 1945, p. 294, § 35; Code 1933, § 84-2127, enacted by Ga. L. 1975, p. 1048, § 1; Ga. L. 2018, p. 583, § 1/SB 425.)
The 2018 amendment, effective July 1, 2018, substituted "individual holding a certificate, certificate of registration, or license" for "person holding a certificate or certificate of registration" in the first sentence of subsection (a).
