- Removal From Office of Member of a Professional Licensing Board
The Governor, after notice and opportunity for hearing, may remove from office any member of a professional licensing board for any of the following:
- Inability or neglect to perform the duties required of members;
- Incompetence; or
- Dishonest conduct.
