A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of all business except as otherwise provided in this chapter.

OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Quorum of two members of the State Board of Pardons and Paroles must be present in order to grant a reprieve to an inmate; further, the law provides that two members of the board must concur in order to grant an inmate a reprieve. 1972 Op. Att'y Gen. No. 72-6.
