As used in this article, the term:

  1. "Fleet" means 100 or more motor vehicles.
  2. "Fleet registration plan" means the method of registering the motor vehicles of a fleet as provided in this article.

The 2018 amendment, effective July 1, 2018, substituted "100" for "1,000" in paragraph (1).

- Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1998, the subsection (a) designation was deleted and a period was substituted for "; and" at the end of paragraph (1).
