- Powers and Duties of Commissioner
For purposes of enforcing the provisions of this article, the Commissioner:
- May investigate any offense under this article;
- May seek the assistance of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government in the conduct of such investigations; and
- Shall coordinate such investigation, to the maximum extent practicable, with the investigations of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government.
