OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Prerequisite to hospitalization of nonstate resident in state institution.

- Without a reciprocal agreement between the State of Georgia and the state where the original commitment was effectuated, the only procedure whereby a nonresident person could be hospitalized in a state institution would be by strict compliance with the Georgia Code. 1963-65 Op. Att'y Gen. p. 700.
