Designation of Members as Appellate Administrative Law Judges

All members of the board are designated as appellate administrative law judges in the appellate division of the State Board of Workers' Compensation for the purposes of serving as hearing officers and exercising judicial functions in the implementation of this chapter.

Applicability of Code of Judicial Conduct.

- Directors of the State Board of Workers' Compensation are subject to the Code of Judicial Conduct when serving as hearing officers or exercising judicial functions. Op. Jud. Quals. Comm. No. 66 (January 30, 1985).
