 -  Whenever the Commissioner has reason to believe that any person has engaged or is engaging in this state in any unfair claims settlement practice and has reason to believe that a proceeding with respect to such unfair claims settlement practice would be in the public interest, the Commissioner shall serve upon such person a statement of the charges in that respect and a notice of hearing in the same manner as provided in Code Section 33-6-7. 
-  The provisions of Code Sections 33-6-7 through 33-6-11, relating to hearings, cease and desist orders, penalties, judicial review, intervenors, and other matters in connection with violations of Article 1 of this chapter shall be applicable to violations of this article.
