As used in this chapter:

  1. "Drug" means a drug or biologic that is used in an antineoplastic regimen.
  2. "Insurance policy" means an individual accident and sickness policy of insurance issued pursuant to Chapter 29 of this title or a group accident and sickness insurance policy issued pursuant to Chapter 30 of this title.
  3. "Standard reference compendium" means any of the following:
    1. The United States Pharmacopeia Drug Information;
    2. The American Medical Association Drug Evaluations;
    3. The American Hospital Formulary Service Drug Information.

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, deleted former paragraph (1), which read: " 'Commissioner' means the Commissioner of Insurance of the State of Georgia."; and redesignated former paragraphs (2) through (4) as present paragraphs (1) through (3), respectively.
