All laboratories conducting tests for sexually transmitted diseases shall comply with the rules, regulations, and reporting requirements prescribed therefor by the department.

The 2020 amendment, effective July 1, 2020, substituted "sexually transmitted" for "venereal" near the middle of this Code section.
