- Authority of Counties or Municipalities to Regulate and License Private Clubs Generally
- Nothing contained in this chapter shall be so construed as to limit the licensing and regulatory authority of any municipality or county in which the sale of alcoholic beverages is lawful.
- Each municipality and county may license and regulate any bona fide private club located within the licensing and regulatory jurisdiction of the municipality or county.
