- Penalty for Violations of Provisions of Title
- It is unlawful for any person knowingly and intentionally to violate any criminal prohibition contained in this title.
- Except as otherwise provided in this title, any person who violates any criminal prohibition contained in this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
