  1. Any person, firm, corporation, association, or partnership that violates Code Section 25-10-3.2 shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two nor more than ten years, or by a fine of not more than $10,000.00, or both.
  2. Any person, firm, corporation, association, or partnership that violates any other provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
