Power of Assessors to Subpoena and to Compel Attendance; Right of Parties to Be Represented

  1. The assessors shall have the same power to issue subpoenas and compel the attendance of witnesses as is vested in the superior court.
  2. Parties may be represented in person or by attorney before the assessors.
