- Annual Report by Board of Regents
The board of regents shall make and publish an annual report and provide a copy to the Governor and each chamber of the General Assembly on July 1 of each year addressing the following from the previous calendar year:
- Any barriers to, or disruptions of, free expression within state institutions of higher education;
- Administrative response and discipline relating to violation of regulations and policies established pursuant to Code Section 20-3-48;
- Actions taken by state institutions of higher learning, including difficulties, controversies, or successes, in maintaining a posture of administrative and institutional neutrality with regard to political or social issues; and
- Any assessments, criticisms, commendations, or recommendations the board of regents deems appropriate to further include in the report.
