- Renewals of Licenses, Permits, or Certifications; Penalty for Late Renewals
- If the application for renewal of any license, permit, or certification is not filed prior to the first day of the succeeding license period, a penalty of 50 percent shall be assessed and added to the original fee and shall be paid by the applicant before the renewal license, permit, or certification is issued.
- Any person holding a current valid license, permit, or certification may renew such license, permit, or certification for the next year or the next license period, subject to reexamination or such other requirements as the Commissioner may impose by regulation to ensure that applicators continue to meet the needs of changing technology and to assure a continuing level of competence and ability to use pesticides safely and properly.
- If a license, permit, or certification is not renewed within 60 days after the beginning of a new license period, then such licensee, permittee, or certificate holder shall be required to take another examination.
