- Distribution of Certain Materials to Persons Under 21 Years of Age
- It shall be unlawful for any person to distribute or to offer to distribute a destructive device, explosive, poison gas, or detonator to any person who is under 21 years of age.
- Any person convicted of a violation of this Code section shall be punished, in the case of an individual, by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than three years or by a fine of not more than $10,000.00 or both or, if the defendant is a corporation, by a fine of not more than $20,000.00 or not fewer than 3,000 hours of community service or both.
