- Persons and Conduct Subject to Prosecution for Offense of Domestic Terrorism
A person shall be subject to prosecution in this state pursuant to Code Section 17-2-1 for any conduct made unlawful by this article which the person engages in while:
- Either within or outside of this state if, by such conduct, the person commits a violation of this article which involves an individual who resides in this state or which involves critical infrastructure, a state or government facility, or a public transportation system located in this state; or
- Within this state if, by such conduct, the person commits a violation of this article which involves an individual who resides within or outside this state or which involves critical infrastructure, a state or government facility, or a public transportation system located in this state.
