- Filing Fees; Fees Submitted to State Treasury
- The fee for filing a case with, or having a case transferred or removed to, the Georgia State-wide Business Court shall be $3,000.00, to be paid by:
- The party or parties filing the action in, or seeking transfer to, the Georgia State-wide Business Court under paragraph (1) or (3) of subsection (a) of Code Section 15-5A-4; or
- An equal allocation across all parties to an agreement seeking removal of the case to the Georgia State-wide Business Court under paragraph (2) of subsection (a) of Code Section 15-5A-4.
- All fees collected by the clerk of the Georgia State-wide Business Court pursuant to this Code section shall be the property of the state, and the same shall be paid into the state treasury.
