Notice of Postadjudication Hearings to Parties

  1. The court shall give to all parties written notice of the date, time, place, and purpose of the following postadjudication hearings or reviews:
    1. Nonreunification hearings;
    2. Disposition hearings;
    3. Periodic review hearings;
    4. Periodic reviews by judicial citizen review panel;
    5. Permanency plan hearings;
    6. Termination of parental rights hearings; and
    7. Posttermination of parental rights review hearings.
  2. Issuance and service of summons, when appropriate, shall comply with the requirements of Code Sections 15-11-160 and 15-11-161.
  3. Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, written notice shall be delivered to the recipient at least 72 hours before the hearing or review by United States mail, e-mail, or hand delivery.
