- Procedure in Attachment, Garnishment, Dispossessory, and Distress Warrant Proceedings
- Procedure in attachment cases shall be subject to Chapter 3 of Title 18, except that there shall be no prejudgment attachment granted in the magistrate court.
- Procedure in garnishment cases shall be subject to Chapter 4 of Title 18.
- Procedure in dispossessory proceedings and in distress warrant proceedings shall be subject to Articles 3 and 4 of Chapter 7 of Title 44.
