- Duty of Permit Applicants and Holders to Supply Information as Required by Director
- Any applicant for a permit whose application is pending final consideration shall upon request of the director provide such additional information as may be necessary to complete final disposition of the application.
- Any permit holder shall on request of the director furnish such information as is reasonably necessary and pertinent to enable the director to discharge his duties under this part.
