- Definitions
As used in this article, the term:
- "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.
- "Nongame wildlife" means all species of flora and fauna indigenous to Georgia which are not legally taken through hunting, fishing, trapping, or otherwise.
- "Wildlife" means all species of flora and fauna indigenous to Georgia.
