Stone Mountain Memorial Association
- Creation of Association
- There is created a body corporate and politic and instrumentality and public corporation of this state to be known as the Stone Mountain Memorial Association. It shall have perpetual existence. In such name it may contract and be contracted with, sue and be sued, implead and be impleaded, and complain and defend in all courts.
- The association is assigned to the Department of Natural Resources for administrative purposes only.
