Effect of Amendments

The 2013 amendment by D.C. Law 20-61 substituted “October 1, 2015” and a closing period for “October 1, 2014; and” in (b)(1); and in (b)(2), substituted “$800,000” for “$1.1 million” and “$8 million” for “$11 million”.
