The Mayor, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, may issue rules to implement the provisions of this chapter.

Applicability

Section 7031 of D.C. Law 22-33 repealed § 11 of D.C. Law 21-259. Therefore the creation of this section by D.C. Law 21-259 has been implemented.

Applicability of D.C. Law 21-259: § 11 of D.C. Law 21-259 provided that the creation of this section by § 10 of D.C. Law 21-259 is subject to the inclusion of the law’s fiscal effect in an approved budget and financial plan. Therefore that amendment has not been implemented.
