Tolling of tenant deadlines during a public health emergency

The running of all time periods for tenants and tenant organizations to exercise rights under this chapter or under chapters 38 through 43 of Title 14 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations (14 DCMR §§ 3800 through 4399) shall be tolled during a period for which a public health emergency has been declared pursuant to § 7-2304.01, and for 30 days thereafter.
