Within 180 days after May 23, 2019:
(1) The Mayor shall, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, issue final rules to implement subchapter I-A of Chapter 5 of Title 1.
(2) Each independent agency shall, pursuant to subchapter I of Chapter 5 of Title 2, issue final rules to implement the provisions of subchapter I-A of Chapter 5 of Title 1; and
(3) A District government entity not covered by paragraph (1) or (2) of this section to which the requirements of subchapter I-A of Chapter 5 of Title 1 apply shall adopt rules or policies to implement the provisions of subchapter I-A of Chapter 5 of Title 1.
