The director of the Whiting Forensic Hospital shall quarterly make a report to the Board of Mental Health and Addiction Services on the affairs of the hospital, including reports of reexaminations and recommendations.

History: P.A. 73-245 replaced “security treatment center” with “Whiting Forensic Institute”; Sec. 17-242a transferred to Sec. 17a-564 in 1991; P.A. 95-257 replaced Whiting Forensic Institute with Whiting Forensic Division and Board of Mental Health with Board of Mental Health and Addiction Services, effective July 1, 1995; P.A. 10-32 made a technical change, effective May 10, 2010; P.A. 18-86 replaced references to division with references to hospital, effective June 4, 2018.
