The Connecticut Green Bank created pursuant to section 16-245n, in consultation with the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection, shall establish a program to be known as the “condominium renewable energy grant program”. Under such program, the board of directors of said bank shall provide grants to residential condominium associations and residential condominium owners, within available funds, for purchasing clean energy sources, including solar energy, geothermal energy and fuel cells or other energy-efficient hydrogen-fueled energy.

History: P.A. 13-298 replaced “Department” with “Commissioner” and made a technical change, effective July 8, 2013; pursuant to P.A. 14-94, “Clean Energy Finance and Investment Authority” and “authority” were changed editorially by the Revisors to “Connecticut Green Bank” and “bank”, respectively, effective June 6, 2014.
