For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020, and each fiscal year thereafter, the Board of Regents for Higher Education shall waive tuition and fees for students enrolled at Ansonia High School who participate in the College Connections program at Derby High School in an amount equal to the appropriation for such purpose.
