Definitions.

42b-2
Public entities empowered to establish system for issuance of registered obligations. Interest on certain unregistered public obligations not exempt from federal tax.

Public entities authorized to establish system of registered obligations notwithstanding state or local laws. System may provide for certificated or uncertificated obligations or both.
