(1) The functions of the division comprise all administrative functions of the state in relation to the administration of this article. The director shall exercise his or her powers, duties, and functions prescribed under this article under the direction and supervision of the executive director of the department, as prescribed by section 24-1-105 (4), C.R.S. Any vacancy in the office of director shall be filled in the manner provided by law.
The division may accept and expend moneys from intergovernmental partnerships,gifts, grants, donations, and other contributions for the purposes for which the division is authorized.
Repealed.
