(1) Any employer declaring or causing a lockout contrary to the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Each day or part of a day that such lockout exists shall constitute a separate offense under this section.

  1. Any employee who goes on strike contrary to the provisions of this article is guilty ofa misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day or part of a day that the employee is on strike shall constitute a separate offense under this section.

  2. Any person who incites, encourages, or aids in any manner any employer to declareor continue a lockout, or any employee to go or continue on strike contrary to the provisions of this article, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
