(1) An entity that has stated a principal office address in a document filed by the secretary of state may change its principal office address only by stating a different principal office address in one of the following:
A statement of change filed pursuant to section 7-90-305.5, which statement of change shall not be required to comply with section 7-90-305.5 (2)(b);
A periodic report filed pursuant to section 7-90-501;
Any form or cover sheet filed by the secretary of state pursuant to part 3 of thisarticle, which form or cover sheet has been prescribed by the secretary of state for effecting such change; or
A statement of dissolution or articles of dissolution.
