(1) The articles or bylaws may provide for the formation of geographic districts of patron members, the conduct of patron member meetings by districts, the election of directors at the meetings, the election of district delegates to represent and vote for the district at members meetings, or any combination thereof.

  1. A delegate elected under subsection (1) of this section has one vote unless votingpower is otherwise allocated by the articles or bylaws.

  2. The articles or bylaws may provide for the establishment of classes of members; thepreferences, rights, and limitations of the classes; the conduct of members meetings by classes and the election of directors at the meetings; the election of class delegates to represent and vote for the district at members meetings; or any combination thereof.

  3. A delegate elected under subsection (3) of this section has one vote unless votingpower is otherwise allocated by the articles or bylaws.
