Any corporation existing for educational purposes under the law of this state that maintains one or more institutions of higher education of the grade of a university or college shall be governed and controlled by its board of trustees, wardens, or directors, as the case may be, who shall have power at any time, by a vote of twothirds of the full board of trustees elected, to increase the board of directors, trustees, or wardens to any number that they see fit and shall also have the power to decrease the same to any number not less than three. The terms of office of such directors, wardens, or trustees may be determined by said board of trustees, wardens, or directors as shall be adopted by them by a bylaw in which two-thirds of the whole number shall concur before the same shall be binding upon the board of trustees, directors, or wardens, as the case may be.
