(1) A corporation amending its articles of incorporation shall deliver to the secretary of state, for filing pursuant to part 3 of article 90 of this title, articles of amendment stating:
The domestic entity name of the corporation;
The text of each amendment adopted; and
If the amendment provides for an exchange, reclassification, or cancellation of issuedshares, provisions for implementing the amendment if not contained in the amendment itself. (d) to (f) Repealed.
