Organization or operation as a provider network is authorized under this article for the purpose of more costeffective delivery of health care services, and shall not be construed as permitting any such collaborative system or any member of such provider network to act in a concerted way to restrain trade or otherwise engage in practices which are otherwise prohibited by federal or state antitrust law.
