As used in this part 3, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Licensed provider network" or "licensed individual provider" means a provider network or individual provider that is authorized to transact insurance business pursuant to title 10, C.R.S.
"Provider" means a state-licensed, state-certified, or state-authorized facility or a practitioner delivering health care services to individuals.
"Provider network" means a group of health care providers formed to provide healthcare services to individuals.
