(1) This article shall not apply to, and an agreement that complies with this article is not governed by the provision relating to:
A "consumer credit sale" as that term is defined in section 5-1-301 (11);
A "consumer lease" as that term is defined in section 5-1-301 (14);(c) A "consumer loan" as that term is defined in section 5-1-301 (15); (d) and (e) Repealed.
A "home solicitation sale" as that term is defined in section 5-3-401;
A "sale of goods" as that term is defined in section 5-1-301 (39);
A "security interest" as that term is defined in section 4-1-201 (b)(35), C.R.S.;(i) Any lease for agricultural, business, or commercial purposes; (j) Any lease of money or intangible personal property.
