(1) Special event permit fees are:
Ten dollars per day for a malt beverage permit;
Twenty-five dollars per day for a malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor permit.
(2) All fees are payable in advance to the department for applications for special event permits submitted to the state licensing authority for approval.
