(1) No person under the age of eighteen years shall purchase, redeem, or attempt to purchase or redeem any pari-mutuel ticket.
No person shall sell any pari-mutuel ticket to a person under the age of eighteenyears.
Any person who violates this section commits a class 2 petty offense, and, uponconviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars.
